These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at localvantage.co.uk and our AI-powered Google Business Profile content generation service operated by LocalVantage ("us", "we", or "our").

2. Description of Service

LocalVantage provides AI-generated content for Google Business Profiles, including:

• Weekly AI-generated Google Business Profile posts published directly to your profile
• Smart review response generator
• Industry-specific content optimization
• Weekly focus topic customization
• Professional formatting

Our service posts content directly to your Google Business Profile using Manager Access.

3. User Registration and Account

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer a Growth Plan subscription service which starts with a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, subscription fees are charged monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you generate and post complies with all applicable laws and Google's policies.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create false or misleading business information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass others
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use automated tools to access our Service
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LocalVantage and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Generated Content

You retain ownership of the AI-generated content created specifically for your business. You may use this content for your business purposes, including posting to your Google Business Profile and other marketing channels.

6.3 User Data

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your business information solely for the purpose of generating personalized content for your account.

7. Content and Accuracy

7.1 AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates content based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may require review and editing before use. You are responsible for reviewing all content before posting.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, ranking improvements, or increased customer engagement from using our generated content. Results may vary based on various factors including your industry, location, and Google's algorithms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon subscription cancellation, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but your account data will be retained so you can reactivate if desired. If you choose to delete your account entirely, we will delete your account data within 30 days of account deletion, except for information we are required to retain for legal purposes.
